I was wonder why i can't use this ram on my pc, even though it can use pc3200 ram. Can anyone explain to me the difference. If they are both completely different, would anyone like to trade?

the u stands for unbuffered or unregistered memory.

generally buffered (registered) ram is slower due to an extra clock tick before the instruction is released.
You cannot mix the two types of ram.
