Shake Weight: Scam?

Can anyone in human kinetics analyze this? It seems like a lot of BS, but I'd like to hear some science on whether this is actually effective.

Not to mention this is the most hilarious exercise device ever.

Yeah cause Ronnie Coleman uses this. ;)

seems like it just makes it harder to hold an isometric contraction. The range of motion very limited. It makes you hot because when your moving, the blood circulates around your body because it is moving rather quickly. In other words, you won't get huge from this if that is your goal. As a sedentary beginner though, you MIGHT be able to get newbie
gains in the range of motion you trained in (stronger in angle of range only).
