I think he's earned right to say what ever he wants. Plus we do have a huge drug problem in our community. I'm not surprised when I'm at a wedding reception and go to the washroom and can hear 3 guys in a toilet stall. know there cutting up lines .

I have some hindi friends that live in san fran/la and they complain to me about punjabi people all the time, but I think it's more of a cultural thing. Kinda like how you would hear a greek complain about a turk.

I don’t disagree that he’s earned the right to speak up and I don't deny the good he’s done for the Punjabi community but I don't understand why he would imply that Sikh youth in Canada are turning into violent militants? Maybe he wasn't implying that but he needs to be careful with his wording because he should know that anything out of his mouth will get twisted in the media.

I don't know. The number 1 complaint I hear from patrons is how aggressive EI's are. I mean vancouver is central for gang activity too and there are alot of EI gangsters and alot of highschoolers who try to follow in their footsteps. I have 3 EI friends, and 1 of them is the kind that rolls around with their cousins that are horrible drinkers, always get too huggy huggy while drinking, and cause alot of fights.

Just sit on granville street around megabyte or romanos and watch the show.

Seriously vancouver is fucking stupid when it comes to alpha males.

Like I said before, these fundi's wouldn't dare raise their voices in Punjab. They talk shit in Canada where they're some what protected by free speech laws.

Too many EI guys walk around like they have something to prove, that's why I stay away from Granville St. and only go out to lounges or chilled spots but that been said, I am 29 so I'm pass the clubbing and acting like a fool stage.

Where's THEFUNDI? Both sides of this argument (dosanjh vs fundis) is plain stupid. They need to stop provoking each other in the first place because its making the community look terrible. The naive youth will most likely side with the fundis because they're the "true soldiers". Then its pretty much a cycle. Plus the media just gets a massive hard on to this bs.
