icbc help

Hello Guys,

My car got broken into last night and they took my indash headunit. I have the receipt for it for over $900 from future shop but my name is not on the receipt. My sister bought the unit for me and her name is on the receipt. Will ICBC give me a hard time about this? Will they give me $900 credit for me to buy and install another indash unit?

please help

It shouldn't be an issue for most ICBC estimaters. If worst comes to worst, she can give you a receipt.
