good restaurant for private function I'm looking for a somewhat nice restaurant,(I don't want really fancy or expensive...also no pubs/dives) that I can rent a room or space to have a private function at, somewhere where I get restaurant service and food but a private room. For approx 16 people give or take. Preferably in the GVR or Richmond I'm not from Vancouver but where I live there is a nice steakhouse that has an upstairs that people can rent for functions and it includes waiter service and meals and such but you get to be separate from the rest of the restaurant. That is the kind of thing I am looking for. If anybody knows of some places I can call and ask them about it that would be great |
gotham's they have a bunch of private rooms in the dungeon Vancouver has a load of restaurants that fits your needs. Just call them and ask if they have private rooms available. |
Dude, there are tons. You should start by stating what cuisine of food you are interested in. |
Good point! I didn't realize there were that many. I will call around. Or if possible could I get a name of some good restaurants in that area that have a little of everything such as salads, pasta dishes, steaks, etc. |
^ try this: You can pick a general neighbourhood/cuisine. http://www.urbanspoon.com/c/14/Vanco...staurants.html |
Capone's in Yaletown has a nice private room. |
Even the moxie's on robson has a private room... =D lol !!! and about 60% of the jap restaurants have booths that are pretty secluded anyways ! |
Does it matter if it's a bit casual? What's it for? Look at Samba steakhouse right in middle of downtown. They have an okay sized room for a party and they have a pasta/salad self serve bar. It's an all you can eat Brazilian restaurant btw. Posted via RS Mobile |
