Never ended up using it because my friend has the exact same one so I got a 2010 Custom X.

I have the 08 Custom X, best board Ive ever ridden.

Yes, its a sick board.
It does have the EST binding system but you can still use normal bindings with the retro kit.
08 is not EST?

No its not. My sister uses the EST with the retro kit, and says it works great.
