Kid will be fine, it's a donor egg and his sperm. Not any part of her at all.
The only reason incest is wrong is using the same immediate family pool of genes when birthing children *can* cause birth defects. It's also just worse for the human race, the more variety mixing together the better.
Shit used to be rampant, especially in royal families.
What REALLY boggles me, is how that dude can honestly fall for that fat old ugly lady, even with Genetic Sexual Attraction in mind. He looks like an average decent looking dude. WTF
