Anyone order an Alpine deck for a Mini cooper? Since the dollar is strong, here is a lesson for people who buy stuff from Vancouver and send it to the states for pick up. This was my 1st time doing so, so i leanred a lot from this experience. I went to Blaine to pick-up a motorcycle part that i ordered a week ago. I gave the lady my name and she gives me this big box with my name on it. OK, fine. I went to the van and opened the pack and found out it was a NICE alpine deck for a Mini cooper. I went back inside and asked if there was anything else for me and she hands me a smaller "Corndog" box with my used bike part in it. Awesome. At this point two things went through my head. Take it or return it. I took the package back and told them this wasn't mine and that that person must have the same name as me. She even made me call the support line to clarify if the package was mine or not. Lesson to be learned: Use your full name including middle if you have one Check your package before leaving Bring your tracking number *if you have one* So for the person that's named William Cho that ordered an Alpine deck for a Mini Cooper. Sorry for opening your boxes. I thought they wrapped my fender eliminator up really really nicely. LOL |

Wow, what are the odds there are two William Cho's in Vancouver shipping to the same place :D |
good right now |
nah tsb is really shitty that way, or there is some legal reason for the system they have in place. all they want is your name. they do NOT want to see ID. So it's slightly dangerous in that if you are standing there and peer into their store room and see "John Smith's" new 52inch LCD, you could theoretically just ask for it and be gone. So yeah, its bad. Would not ship valuable shit there. |
