help!light problems

so basically i tried installing my fog lights on my 5th gen prelude.i plugged everything correctly, but for some reason the lights still wouldn't work.after a couple tries on trying to find solutions i pretty much gave up and put my car back together.the problem is after i put everything back to normal, i noticed all my dash lights wernt working so i checked the fuse box and replaced it with another 15a fuse.then that blew again a little while later.so now i put another 15a fuse and the dashlights arent working at all(fuses are fine and bulbs are fine)so can any1 please help!!

seems like somewhere is either shorted or drawing too much power. the foglight if installed aftermarket, should have it's own fuse and draws power from battery directly. if you still have problem by now, i can help you out.
