It looks like MB took a Eurocopter 145, and did a business conversion to MB standards.

Its no different than someone doing a business conversion on a Boeing 737 to their own standards, and not BBJ standards. (i.e. Project Phoenix http://www.flightglobal.com/articles...ternative.html)
