Where can I buy a little bit of Plexiglass, or clear plastic....

Need something see-through yet durable at least 15inches by 7 inches to use as a cover for my amp. I have no idea where to go and how much it will cost... or what to cut it with if it's too large lol... eff i'm noob at labour and building shit.

Industrial Plastics. If the size you want is in their left over bin, then it's pretty cheap. They will custom make stuff for you. The person at the Coquitlam location is not the greatest fabricator, but buy a piece and cut it yourself.

How thick of a piece would you need? We have some 1/4" Plexi-glass left over from a recent job that you can have for a less than retail and we can cut it for you too.

^^ Thanks for link I'll check it out.

@installerz, 1/4 inch would be fine as long as it is see-through. I'll send you a pm

Yeah, we've got tons of plexi kicking around.

I use laminated safety glass. It doesn't scratch doesn't fog up and is much harder to break then acrylic. In fact I've never had a breakage. Any auto glass place should be able to cut you a piece for about 50 bucks. Crystal Glass in Richmond does it for me and there should be one close to you on old dewdney I think near the lordco.
