The guys in the first picture are probably injecting synthol. Greg valentino used steroids to achiever the world's biggest arms, but no synthol.

wft is the point of just working out one or two body parts at the gym.

guys walking around with huge ass arm and the rest of them are not as big

i go to the gym al ot but at least i work out my whole body
