Bold 9000 wifi problems
 

So I just got the Bold 9000 and I'm looking to use the wifi on it. It connects to my wifi network but when I try and surf the web from it, it just uses the WAP browser and it tries to make me sign up on Rogers for a day pass to get data. Is there a way to use the wifi on the phone without getting data ? TIA

i am not on data plan and i can access almost 95% of the site without any problem
sites or program like msn, hotmail requires data plan i think

you must switch to hotspot browser to use wifi connections i believe
