Has anyone ordered from here before? If so how long did it take for them to ship your order? The first time, they shipped it the same day or next day. I ordered from them again and it's been over 10 days. I contacted them and they did respond once, but not with any useful info like why it's being delayed.

They have always been very quick to ship whatever I order. No tracking number?

yeah the first order i made with them, i was shocked that it shipped very quickly. (it was only a $40 purchase.) i thought wow... i can't believe they process/ship orders so quickly. great first experience with them.

so then i made a big purchase this time... $400... and it's been 10 days now. it's still stuck in the 'processing' stage. it hasn't been shipped yet so no tracking number. they won't tell me if an item is out of stock or if i made a typo with my credit card.

If you are going to order from SNV, might as well just buy it the stuff from Popeye's (if they stock it). Popeye's on No.3 has always priced matched anytihng on the SNV site for me.

Ive bought from SVN twice. both orders about $200 each. both arrived within 4 days of placing the order.

thats weird, u should call them. i always order at least 200, and it arrives the next day.

they got back to me yesterday midday saying they would ship it yesterday. i didn't believe them and i was right...it didn't ship. all i want is a simple explanation as to WHY. if something is out of stock, tell me! if my credit card info isn't correct, tell me! seriously... it can't be that difficult.

has your CC been billed yet?

if your CC hasnt been billed yet then it hasnt even reached the first step of processing. maybe cancel your order and try again (there might be a hickup in the system?) or just order from suppliments canada.
