for me in winter time i change it every 5000km

summer time i change it every 10,000km-15,000km

but tats just me, is it worth it? in my opinion shifts a lot more smoothly, no grind, no pop

auto ones
i would recommand anywhere from 10,000km to 20,000km

hey afterall think this way

$100 for a tranny flush
$3000 + repair bill for a tranny replacement
which one makes more sense? u do the math

the problem with tranny is most ppl only focus on their engine, getting an oil change. And forget about the importance of maintaining a tranny

timing belt should be replaced at 168,000kms. I thought it would also be 100,000k but Honda told me the other day.
