CPU temps

Don't know that much about cpu temps....
My amd x4 965 is running around 35-40 degrees running microsoft word and such. But if I turn on any game or photo editting it shoots up to 55-62.

Is that too high?

that's a little high i think

my CPU temp range is 30-33C on idle and only shoots up by a few degrees when i'm running games

i would maybe clean up the dust a bit or buy a new cpu cooler

My overclocked 965 (3.9 GHz) runs at 25-30*C at idle and normally peaks around 45*C while playing a game ...

But I have a Scythe Zipang II HSF instead of stock ... 900 RPM @ idle, peaks @ 1400 RPM ... Super quiet

Not using stock cooler. Using my old arctic silver silencer heatsink.
