Diagnose Sound?

changed pads and rotors on front couple weeks ago (OEM set), now developed some sort of knocking/thumping sound from the front. sound gets faster as I accel. Both left and right turns, the sounds stays constant, not any louder or softer. Made me believe it was my wheel bearing but the weirdest is when I apply the brakes the sound goes away, lift off the brakes the sound comes back. Took off the wheel and the caliper to inspect but do not see anything. Doesn't seem to be the dust shield. Pulled on the wheel at 12 & 6 and 3 & 9 o'clock positions and seems tight.

What could this be?

sounds like rotors have some play in pads, if you like we can take a look at it on sunny day.
