AzNightmare 06-04-2010 12:50 AM

This guy named Murphy's in charge of the law.
If he had accepted the ticket, the numbers would have changed.

"Damn I wish I randomly chose to keep that random set of numbers." Makes no sense.

My question is.. does the customer who rejected this ticket even realize he once held the winning ticket?

The funny part is that you guys are all probably freaking out more than the customer is. :p

Vansterdam 06-04-2010 06:43 AM

EPIC FAIL

hotjoint 06-04-2010 08:22 AM

jmvdesign 06-04-2010 08:42 AM

more money more problems.

anyone seen that reality show that follows the livelihood of millionaire winners? i forgot the title but if someone knows let us know. basically it shows the dilemma of what fortune brings. some winners go broke right away and some families literally break apart because of the greed of other family members trying to leech off the fortune.

Mugen EvOlutioN 06-04-2010 09:01 AM

i'd kill myself lol

411ken 06-04-2010 09:17 AM

Am I missing something here.. did they stop selling tickets that are of error, etc? I've seen them before and have purchased before as well.. Did it change recently?

spoon.ek9 06-04-2010 09:47 AM

You didn't lose 30 million. You never had it. Life would continue - business as usual.

Anyways, that's just how I'd look at it. I try to stay positive.

Amuse 06-04-2010 10:32 AM

If I was the clerk I would just ring it through and pay for it myself than to void it.

slammer111 06-04-2010 01:21 PM

^ Your store would go under if you did that for every voided ticket you had to ring through. ;)

q0192837465 06-04-2010 01:36 PM

wow, it'll drive me crazy knowing that I lost the winning ticket.

But let's face it, those of us who never bought lotto tickets COULD HAVE won the jackpot but since we never bought, we wouldnt have known we'r the winners. It's not like u bought a winning ticket and then go back & made a refund.

sleazyho 06-04-2010 02:29 PM

Damn $30 mil. That sucks ass lol why would you return a lotto ticket? They're only like $2

mr.rakkar 06-04-2010 03:31 PM

i wouldnt even play anymore, there is a very small chance you will get the winning ticket again

Nope you can bet more than that 6/49 you can do 10 plays and 10 extras for $30 plus you can do it for multiple weeks.

You can actually pre-purchase the same number for the whole year IIRC.

tacobell 06-04-2010 04:56 PM

odds of getting all 7 numbers correct = 1 in 28 million, with that being said, i still buy a ticket so i can at least dream about what i will do with the money.

optiblue 06-04-2010 05:16 PM

I hope I win tonight :)
