Possibly my favourite, though not "hidden" movie, is Pulp Fiction. Sometimes people forget about it because it's old though (1994). http://www.fondosescritorio.net/wall...-Fiction_1.jpg |
i like rat race... |
Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, and The Usual Suspects aren't exactly "hidden gems" but they sure are very very very awesome films! Here's one most or all of you have never heard of! http://shaunmusco.com/images/Printed/C/Cashback.jpg http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0460740/ British film! Charming, sweet, and hilarious movie. A must download! |

forgot about this Where God left His Shoes http://www.impawards.com/2008/poster..._shoes_xlg.jpg It's like The Pursuit of Happyness; it didn't have Wills budget but in some aspects it was a better movie Amal http://www.impawards.com/intl/canada...sters/amal.jpg Saw this on TV it was pretty damned good about a billionaire looking for someone to leave his money to (its a Canadian made film too) |

in this thread, you can really separate the people who are able to think abstractly, from the people who cannot... and the real fucking idiots. days of being wild http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...Wild_movie.jpg baraka http://skizumberlin.files.wordpress....araka_film.jpg Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi..._mind_ver3.jpg this one isn't as much as a "hidden" gem but still good anyways the ones I picked above were because of their directing, it's very unique and or convey's the proper emotions to the audience. |

Cube was actually cool lol! cube2 kinda ruined it but was still interesting enough to watch. they shoulda just kept it at cube1. haha |
I've seen a lot of great "hidden gems" I just can't remember any of them. I watched Harry Brown yesterday, which is why I remembered to post it here. Highly recommended if you like revenge movies  |

http://www.dvdactive.com/images/news...ghlander2d.jpg Excellent cult film that spawned two mediocre TV series, an animated series, and a whole spate of dreadful, dreadful sequels, all of which ruined the original premise: "There can be only one". They shoulda taken their own advice. |
http://www.caesarnation.com/images/run_lola_run.jpg Great concept for how different decisions and actions can lead to different outcomes. http://patrickdonohueonline.files.wo...rrels_ver1.jpg Great Guy Ritchie movie, definitely worth a watch. Some big names in the movie, but playing great roles, and before they were big for many of them. |
http://www.freakingnews.com/pictures...nal--45362.jpg Not sure how many of you consider it "hidden" anymore, but I thought it was some fantastic acting from Gary Oldman. Add in Jean Reno and Natalie Portman, and it just worked so well. |
