What wheels is this evo rockin? http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4017/...22ba077f_b.jpg |
They almost look like really low offset CR-Kai's. Maybe special edition Rota Torques in low offset? Hmm, just checked: http://www.wheeldude.com/wdg/_detail.php?pic=5474 The Rotas don't look as concave as the white EVO |
Very hella. |

The rims on the evo are the new WedsSport SA-55M http://i633.photobucket.com/albums/u...ds_sa55mb2.jpg http://carview-img02.bmcdn.jp/minkar...2845567/p1.jpg |

VIPTL's ride is looookin on point with the new paint/fender work! |
the novelty of it wears off real quick when they realize that there car's aren't driveable. its a fad |
Totally driveable. I daily drove my SC before it was destroyed, and that thing was pretty much on the ground + flush. The only thing I stopped being able to do was get into Metrotown's underground Parking lot, but it's not like I wanted to park my car down there anyways. No losses. |
i guess driveable is a subjective term.. butchering your fenders to make your car handle and ride like ass you think those guys actually drive on there interstates at a half decent speed. fad for sure.. pls your tires were huge and your rims were small... not the same thing |
I've had a couple of very aggressive cars and I did have to choose where I could and could not go. It's a sacrifice but like was posted it's a lifestyle. Don't want to sacrifce? Stick to your sunken 18x7.5 +42 pizza cutters and wheel gap :D It's not going anywhere soon. It is just beginning. It is great to see stance and fitment finally taking off in the US. I think it is awesome that it transcends all manufacturers and can be appreciated no matter what car. Domestic cars are the harder ones to break into right now. There is a GTO owner going flush with mildly stretched tires gettting hated on like crazy on the GTO forums. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...20RL/018-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...0/DSCF2479.jpg |
Wasn't this called the "Euro" trend 15 years ago? Berz out. |

^ ^ ^ Those look like Mugen M7's. |
WOW fail on my part, I should've known those were the SA-55ms...I plan on ordering a set real soon. Is it just me or does that evo need moar low to be considered hellalfush? I remember reading on the hellaflush forums and some dudes were complaining that cars that werent actually hellaflush were getting hellaflush approval |
