Having been to Caen, Arromanches-les-bains, Point du Hoc, Omaha, Juno, Bayeux and the US and Canadian memorials I have a profound respect for the men that gave their lives for our freedom.

If any of you want to learn something very interesting about our history, you need to visit the Musee De Normandie or any of the above mentioned places and I guarantee that you will forever be changed as a human being. It is an extremely sobering experience.
