my buddy works there, seems like a good place, the hours could be pretty shitty tho

One of my old good friend works for Airport Authourity as Customer Service.

She gets $11/hour plus 30 or 40% off food from the food court there. The hours didn't seem shitty but that might be because she's going to school, so they let her have better hours? That I'm not so sure of.

I've met all of her managers, and they all seem pretty humourous and nice.

The hardest part she said she deals with is the travelers who take their anger out at them, instead of airlines for a cancelled flight, or a really delayed flight.

Keep in mind that having a Security Clearance might be mandatory, so if you have a record of any sort you may be barred from attaining the position requested.

One of the girls I go to school with works at the Starbucks in the Terminal... I don't know if that counts as Terminal Services for you? She says that the managers there suck, and didn't keep the job for longer than 3 months.

Hope this helped!

well, the position i got hired for was a special service agent for ATS which is basically helping airline passengers who are in wheelchairs and etc.. and the hours are pretty early like 4 am sometimes. I start my training tomorrow, we'll see how it goes if i like it or not since i'm working two jobs right now
