BMW Rim Help

im currently driving a bmw750i and as gorgeous as she is ive curbed my rims..
admitting i've done so i now need to find a reliable and well priced place to get my rims sanded down.
BUT
when i purchased the car, there were already "digs" inside my rims ([pics posted below])
and i have no idea how they could be greated. if i get my rims taken care of for the curbage can this be fixed and how the heck did it happen? (pothole?)

thanks!
i want to know what hte general charge is or a guestimate in price for places or the job itself.

Alloy wheel repair does everything at my work, they do very good work on curbed wheels. Flat rate of 100 bucks/wheel for consumer. I'm sure you coudl find places on craigslist for around 75-80/wheel
