The hit wasn't that late, it was a second or less. I've been hit 2-3 seconds after moving the puck by guys finishing their checks. Horton got caught watching his pass in a high-impact zone and paid for it. He was out badly, his season will be done.

it was definitely a late hit, but there is no intent to injure. also horton should've taken cherry's advice, and kept his head up and not admire his pass. anyways i hope there's no suspension because he got the 5 and game already.
