Woman builds house from 747 plane Was just searching yahoo when I saw this...pretty neat! Woman builds home from retired 747 airplane in Malibu: Yahoo LINK |
I can see the house taking off during a big wind storm. |
 so she got the retired plane for $35000 ???? dammmm.... |
you know you got a balling house when your home is registered with the FAA |
wicked! |
airplane down i repeat airplane down requesting support team! |
i like damn thats thinking out side the box |
coool house |
Sure is green when you have to get a chinook helicopter to fly everything in. |
that's quite creative, but it doesn't look very appealing to me.. bleh |
i bet her house smells like fart |
Very cool. I'm surprised more people don't do this. Aircraft = many many sheets of high-quality aluminum alloy. Sure beats recycling. Of course, the trick is to make sure the final product doesn't look like crap. |

it would be kewl party pad! haha.. not here in vancouver, it would get very cold inside that... also, wouldnt the NOSE part of the plane be small for a house? for 1 person, it be good.. but what if you have kids and what not.. |

Aluminum transfers heat and cold like nothing else so i hope she has some crazy insulation. |
^ Comparing to some other metals, aluminum's transfer is nothing. Now, let's see when Dubai's true baller build a similar house with gold, now that's some crazy heat transfer right there. :D But then again, if you are balling enough to build something like that, building a proper heat routing system is nothing... you can ultimately transfer enough heat that can power most of your electronics in your place. |
