So let me get this straight...a guy that served his country with two tours in the military is driving his cancer-survivor wife who is having a stroke to the hospital with his hazards on...and he's carrying her to the emergency room (and she's got one leg) and not only do the cops at that point not help but they try to block him?

No chance this guy gets convicted. Can you imagine the shitstorm the police would have to deal with?

at least the charges were dropped, thats a good thing :)
