1992 Honda Accord EXR Sedan or 2000 Acura 1.6 EL Sedan or 1998 Honda Prelude?

If you had to choose between a 1992 Honda Accord EXR sedan or a 2000 Acura 1.6 EL or a 1998 Honda Prelude, which of the aforementioned cars (both are in good condition) would you buy? and why?

assuming they are the same price I would go for the acura just because its 8 yrs newer.

EL definetly.....slow as hell but good on gas

reliable as hell too... when we had our 2000 1.6EL, we drove it for about 6 years (100k km)with minimal problems.

go for the EL

I have both, 1993 accord SE and a 2000 EL premium. Tuff call.

Accord = roomy
Acura = I dont know how i drove the thing for as long as I did. If I drive it work now my legs cramp up, im only 5'10

Both are reliable, i like the torque in the accord better, sometimes the EL doesnt even feel like its moving.

Styling, I would say the EL is more attractive, but its 7 years newer, the accord can look nice if done right.

My leather in the SE is real comfy (real leather), the EL uses some crappy leather for there seats.

Hard one too decide, the accord has always been stock, I had the EL done up and I loved it back than, now its stock and i dont like to drive it.

EL.

i'd go for the EL. 127hp is more than enough to drive around town. trust me, having a D16Y8 is 10x better than having a D15B7 or a D16Y7. plus, your fuel economy is still good and the engine responds well to bolt ons.

as everyone else said, get the EL because it's newer.

Oh and I totally forgot to mention this but the car has a few parts that are interchangable with the civic so aftermarket parts can still be quite easily accessible
