GOTY Contenders?
 

So we're past the half-way mark of this year and so far it's been an awesome year for gaming. The second half seems just as impressive as well.

So what are some of the titles you think are most likely to win Game of the Year for 2010?

word! RDR got huge amount of sale this year with high rated reviews........


while SMG 2 was the MGS4/GTA4 of 2010 most perfect game reviews.. and with Wii's general and broader consumer appeal, wouldnt doubt this game would be summer's most profitted game

Oh wow I thought I put Starcraft II in the list. My bad! Definitely a heavy contender as well.


But I personally still stick with my top two choices of ME2 and RDR =]

sports games and super streetfighter iv are definately not GOTY material

i'd like to see it go to heavy rain but i'm doubtful..most likely RDR..starcraft 2...maybe ME2 and LBP 2

Starcraft is gonna win EASILY.

There's such a HUGE fanbase around the world. Everybody that switched back to Console gaming, is coming back to PC just for SC2.

since GT5's release is confirmed this year, i bet there multiple years of hard work will earn them a title :)

It's almost not even fair having SC2 in the mix. In 10 years time, it will be the only game from this year to still have people playing it.

they know what it takes to make a good game that beats thru time.

Mass Effect 2 was sick though so that will get my runner up vote.

The one game I think may win though is Mario Galaxy 2 due to all the great reviews... I have Mario Galaxy 2... I don't know its good but I can only play it for like 30m or so before I'm bored.
