high end cars

Is the paint different on high end cars?
should i use different products?

the reason i ask is bcuz my friend asked me to wash, clay and wax his Quattroporte. im kinda hesitant bcuz i dont wanna mess up the paint but i want to get that baby shined up and take it for a spin!:D

Make sure you have nice microfibers that won't scratch, good quality products and when washing to switch mitt sides often and rinse often!

Otherwise the basics are the same as with any car.

Paint is the same as any other car. As roastpuff said, use the two bucket method when washing, rinsing often. Use a waffle weave towel for drying. Are you claying or just applying a wax/sealant?

i will be claying as well . my friend has some mothers clay, but im not sure which kind though

The Mothers clay is fairly mild so you shouldn't have any issues. After claying, apply your wax or sealant as normal and you should be fine. :)
