I'm not sure sure how I feel about the ending. It almost seemed too obvious after the president of the other charter told jax he thought his dad killed himself by doing the same thing. I was hoping he'd do a Thelma and Louise and the final scene was him driving off a cliff as the screen fades to black.
Oh and does anyone know what was up with the beginning of the previous episode where jax got up and his leg was hurt, and he didn't really know why? Seemed weird that they made a point of bringing it up but never heard anything else about it other than limping the whole episode.
I'm not sure I liked the ending although Jax did get to take care of most, if not all, of the business he felt he needed to before "the end". From a closure standpoint it's good but I guess I was hoping for something different; a twist of some sort. But it just seemed to play out the way we all expected it to.
The CG they implemented this season just fucking killed it for me. It brought a real cheesy factor to an otherwise badass show.
My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

Spoiler!
I see your point, but choosing to be gunned down by police is still controlling his fate, and is a more genuine and responsible fate than going out the way his father did. It shows the change in the club's relationship to crime, which Jax was trying to change.
And good point about the hurt leg/limping thing...what was the point of that? I thought they might have shown that he got shot and was infected and going to die anyways or something.
And why are we all using spoilers? How dumb do you have to be to click on this thread and not expect them?

Yeah he always had a bit of a gangster lean when he walked but it was a legit hurt limp in the previous episode. If he was actually hurt you'd think they would have incorporated a better way to do it instead of "whats wrong jax....I don't know..."
It's like they were going to do something with that but abandoned it and didn't edit it out.
I was the original thread starter haha.
What a great show and bittersweet ending.
I found is slowly got worse as the seasons went by with too many outrageous non-believable scenes.
