Please Help! Direct Fit Highflow Cat. Fitment

I have a 99 civic em1. I was looking to purchase a high flow cat from magnaflow. There is this Direct fit magnaflow product #22628. I searched a few sites, some said it would fit 1996-00 Honda Civic/Del Sol other say it only fits 96-98 civics. Does anyone know if it will fit or got any experience with this cat that can help me out ? thanks
