^^mid-to-low end card. I have the same card, but made by EVGA. I'm able to run Bad Company 2 at 1280x1024, high settings, 4x AA no problem and thus I think you'll be able to run MW2 easssyy. I've never tried pushing the card though, so I don't know at what settings the FPS will start dropping,
