If they lost any money taking those promotions away, I'm sure they would be back the following month.

They don't need that to make money at all. When you compare those prices versus the regular prices, there are still going to be a large influx of customers thus making money no matter what. I'd rather have less people with a larger margin of profit versus more people with a less margin of profit

Either way people go to McDonalds. It's quite obvious, Fast, Efficient, Filling, Easy.. the list goes on. You can find a McDonalds everywhere, even the toys alone attract kids, not to mention the commercials.

To put things in perspective, it costs under 75cents to make a McChicken IIRC.

Not really racist! 07-23-2010 12:18 PM

hope everybody who saw this took advantage of this

my late night snack

2 McChickens
Large Fries
Apple Pie :D

Tapioca 07-23-2010 12:55 PM

A McChicken sandwich costs $4.19 which is ridiculous. It's hardly larger than a junior chicken and it's over twice the price. Yet, it's still 470 calories.

I caved in and had a McChicken, Filet, and a Coke. I was expecting to pay less than 5 bucks, but the total came out to $5.81.

Now I know why I stick to $1.75/slice pizza for cheap eats.
