Help Choosing Mobo? 2x PCIe16 vs PCIe x16 + PCIe x4

I am looking at either one of these 2 mobo to pair up with a Phenom II x4 955:
M4A87TD vs M4A87TD EVO

What's the difference between the two? Going thru the spec, the biggest and only difference I see is one having two PCIe X16 slot, while the other one has one PCIe x16 + one PCIe x4

I only have one video card atm and don't plan on going CF, but I would like to leave that option open.

The 2 boards are pretty much the same price. Which one should I go with? Any other recommendations btw? I want a cheap board (<$110) that has usb 3.0 and sata 6. Don't plan on OCing.
