i don't think she could pin much on you. just make sure you somehow convey in your claim that you were heading to work but you were not in a hurry to get there. don't want icbc to think that you were speeding which caused the t-bone.

You mentioned they took pictures. But did you?
If you can take pictures of the accident, before you drive off to the side or whatever,
sometimes you can clearly tell who hit who then.

But with that she needs proof with witness, if not its he say she say...

and with he say she say ICBC will look at the the possibility of which has a better chance and determine on that.

I took the majority of the blow because my car is lower.
Front left bummer, fender, and headlight are wrecked.
Plus the steering linkage/tie rods. The front left wheel looked like it was running madtye hellaflush camber when they towed it away.

Everything is sorted out and my car is being repaired.

i wonder how different it is at other metropolitan cities around the world. people always complain about honger kids driving nice cars with N's on the back in vancouver... but what makes you think that outside of vancouver it is any different? i bet in LA the ppl there will be complaining about the white and black kids rollin around in cad's as well.
