i thought the test drive was at lvl15? i got mine at 13? is the next one still at 25? or some other random number?

Well since there was a update while ago.
I can't tell if it has be changed.
So all I know was R34, "The Judge" GTO or Bel-Air

According to Car Town Faqs...

* At Level 3 you have to win 25 races in one week.
* At Level 13 you have to win 50 races in one week.
* At Level 25 you have to win 75 races in one week.

If you do not win the required amount of races at the end of the test drive we'll give you an opportunity to purchase the car.

Don't think there are any more test drives after level 25.
Because of small selection of high level cars.
