level up to 2 and you get 3 people.. level 6 you can get 1 more and so on.. so i guess its every 3 level up, you can hire 1 more..

DO NOT just click on the cars that line up.. they pay very little.. instead, click on your lifts, and select the higher paying jobs. they take a little longer but pays more..

like i have 2 lifts and both are doing hydrolics, which takes 24h but gets 5000. i dont really want to be sitting in front of the computer and click for 5mins jobs.. haha.. no life..
