Removing PPTV

My gf's dad installed some software called PPTV on his computer. Now he wants to get rid of it and asked me to help.
I tried uninstalling it, and then even searching program files to delete any other traces of it, but that sucker just won't go away.
It has a 'feature' where it's like a screensaver, after X amount of idle time, it just starts itself up and shows you movie posters/ads/news.
It doesn't exist anymore in the add/remove programs, but it's still on the computer somewhere..

Anyone dealt with PPTV before?

Try using Revo Uninstaller. It's what I use to uninstall software. It's free and does the job very well. It basically uses the programs uninstaller and then scans the computer and registry for all left over files that the uninstaller misses. Give it a go.
