darwin at his best. although I don't celebrate the loss of life, I do believe in evolution. Those that make bad choices will no longer pollute the gene pool. I wish their relatives all the best. |

Fuck you guys are stupid, at least 120+ when he passed the dude and if they got ejected chances are they wern't wearing belts hence the saftey features would do jackshit for them. How the fuck is an airbag going to help you when your outside the car? |
serves them right....that is an 80 zone....they deserve to die...at least they wouldnt have hit a Traffic Control person or a construction worker at 120, leaving the workers' families fatherless/motherless. kiewit consruction works 24/7 on that hwy, so it is very possible the bmw could have struck a worker! |
Could have been worse, they could have crashed into the Ford Galaxy. |
r.i.p to the passangers |

Thank god nobody else was hurt, 120km/h might not seem fast at all, but in a construction zone you should seriously watch your speed. No worker / person or another car wants to be innocently struck because of somebody else's stupidity |

some of the trucks on the road are dangerous and hell and should be removed from the road. you hit a flat deck truck from behend and the deck is going through your windshild and taking your head off. lots don't even have bumpers. same with the trucks that carry the garbage bins around. they have 2 huge spikes sticking out the back. |

points being...if he is going 120km/h, obviously it isn't excessive speed that killed him, but his stupidity...(alcohol, lack of attention on the road? otherwise, how the hell does someone run into a stationary object on a hwy with clear visibility?) if you run into a stationary flat bed truck dead stop, it doesn't matter if you are going at 60km/h or 150km/h, you are fucking dead. |
I don't really feel bad, speeding in a known construction zone AND driving in the lane that's shut down? wonder how the last guy feels |

When I was on the Austrian autobahn a couple months ago, my friend was driving her Alpha Romeo at 150km/h through construction zones (they don't have speed limits) and I shit you not I felt completely safe. Although 120km/h isn't fast in most peoples books, Vancouver's highways aren't engineered for high speeds like our European counterparts. |
Traffic was so bad because of this yesterday. Was heading out to Harrison and all traffic came to an almost standstill. Everything directed into an exit near Golden Ears way... |

^ wow...that is brutal.. |
