Well the reason the DBS was even considered was the fact that MSRP is approx $300,000-$330,000 and the one that is at Westport seems like a real good buy.

Go get yourself a 997 GT3 RS, one of the exotic car that I think wont depreciate as bad as the orders.

Don't forget you'll also have to pay tax on the car. So even if you sold it for the same price you bought it for, you're still out ~26K.

I think DBS is a great car and I'm considering getting a DB9 from the states after my current lease expires. But as for investment, I don't think it's a great idea because exotic cars like DBS will only maintain their value (depreciate at a much slower rate) once their production stops. With more and more DBS and its variations coming out of factory, unless you get a killer deal (say 150K), I will suggest to stay away from it.
