I'm like 2 feet off the frame of that picture. Hahahahaha
Use X fanatics were all sitting so close to each other!

On a side note:
MY GOD, look at the size of that crowd!!!

I think I've made up my mind.
I'm now intent on seeing them live in Japan and I've got 2 ideas how we can pull this off.

  1. Find ourselves a HUGE crowd, like 40 people, contact their management and say we want to bring a bus load of Canadians and make a pilgrimage and see X Japan live.
If they crowd we can gather makes them think it ridiculous enough we might be able to get their assistance.
They would know of any shows before even announced, they could make the ticket arrangements, and gasp, perhaps even backstage passes?
  2. Find a Japanese tour company to the down and dirty the legwork for us. This is probably the more probable of the 2 scenarios, but significantly less fruitful. Their Japanese-landed counterparts would have to camp out for tickets, and there would be no guarantee they would get them.

So that's my plan. I'm already at myself and 1 other friend. That makes 2 of us.

I freaking wish I had this idea while I was at the concert, then I would have a crowd ripe for signing up for this ridiculous pilgrimage.

Come on guys, I may not have money to burn, but I'm willing to do this.

Tried it. X shows sell out like quick. BUT all hope is NOT lost....because, X does do tour packages to take fans to concerts. there are reserved seats for international ticket buyers at every X show since reunion in JAPAN.

So its great! everything is planned, just when is the next world tour

Culverin 10-07-2010 11:30 AM

Oh wow. Tour package is baller :D

Woot, all planned :)

Don't you mean when they do another domestic show?
I'm betting something by Christmas, but I'm willing to wait until next year's new album launch.

Tim Budong 02-07-2011 09:28 PM

Well, here are the 2011 plans, sorry to bring back old thread, but come on..its X Japan, they pop in and out of the news!

Culverin 11-16-2011 02:31 AM

Bleh. I'm still waiting for the new album to drop.

Just to mix things up a little... came across these babies in my internet travels today.

I'm assuming a couple big Japan dates after the album launch.
Are we in for a group trip?

Tim Budong 11-16-2011 03:12 AM

SummerSonic shows were CRAP

but they sold out in europe and in south america. didnt sell out every single SE Asia tour tho, but those shows were in large arenas. Shanghai kicked off tour and X ended it in Bangkok

Every show on the SE Asia tour got a piano solo catering to the culture. Shanghai got FayeWong's Eyes on Me (ff8 theme)
HK got a oldschool cultural folk song

dont know about other countries

HongKong got to celebrate Pata's bday, like they did with Heath in 09.

Expect plans to be announced in March, Yoshiki is doing some fashion events..like TokyoGirls again.

Culverin 11-16-2011 03:34 AM

Guy has way too much stuff on the go. It's weird, I don't get the impression he's selling out, but sometimes, it feels that way doesn't it?

Tim Budong 11-16-2011 04:37 AM

Yoshiki
Will always have too much on his plate
I just hope that the EMI deal will actually force the band to release material on a timely matter

The entire back catalog is suppose to be released...hasn't happened

Last Live was re-released recently in Japan as a limited edition box set....i bought it...costs me an arm n leg. Contains some re-edits to the show itself. What boggles my mind is why not REMASTER the damn thing for BLURAY.

Last Live has infact already been remastered on to HD format as it has aired on WOWOW in Japan already.

Dhalia 95 Final limited edition box is set to release in december

Tim Budong 12-13-2011 12:02 PM

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to hide
that is all
