Overall it just seemed like a very suspicious occurance and I'm still kind of puzzled right now.

Has anybody else experienced something like this?
Or does anyone know what this could be about?

1. Get details of the car this guy was driving
2. Get his plate number
3. Get a description of what this guy looks like
4. Note the time this happened
5. Report this to the police non-emergency line

For normal people, the admiration usually lasts for only the moment each driver share shares the same route. I've never seen a driver deviate from his route to continue admiring. Especially that the car in question is a non-exotic and a closer inspection is available to anyone that can walk into a car dealership.
