The service at the Guildford location was great last night.

Had a Legendary with mushrooms and cheese and finished it with a Strawberry ice cream. Also had the Zoo Sticks to start. It was a fantastic dinner overall.

Service was great in Coquitlam last night. They lets us order any burger off the menu. My GF and I had Monte Mushrooms (L) for a dollar extra.

i went to richmond center. the service was soooo bad that i tipped zero. i havent done that in probably 5 years it was so bad.

the drinks and food didnt come fast enough, the server never checked on us during the meal except when we got her attention. the server didnt bring the meal to me in the boat, because she said she wasnt sure if i wanted it even though i ordered it as a pirate pak. she also said she did a double shift so she was kinda tired of doing the boats. they forgot to cut our burgers like we asked, we asked for crispy fries so they took an old batch and refried them making them completely inedible, she left me with an empty beer for 5-6mins, she asked what kind of ice cream we wanted twice. also the couple at the table beside us got their meals about 10 mins apart. the guy was done his burger before the girl got her food. when we got new fries it took about 7-8m and we were done eating already. she took our plates and gave us a plate of fries, and we had no napkins at that point. terrible!

also my gf works for white spot on marine and byrne. if you want good service at a white spot go there. its the headquarters so their service standards are much higher.

It was my most disappointing White Spot experience ever.

My buddies and I decided to hit up the White Spot before we went golfing and we were highly disappointed. The server was terrible, even the bus boy gave us better service. She forgot my buddy's order of cheese and bacon on his burger and the food took forever. When we asked for more fries, that took even longer and she kept on bringing one order of extra fries for the four of us. She even took away our ketchup and vinegar on two separate occasions.

My burger was extremely dry and tasted like something I could get at McDonald's. The fries were all soggy and the coleslaw was only half full.

FYI it was the Marine Dr. location. Near the Knight St. bridge.

The service was okay, not terrible like some of the previous people have said.

The food was alright. Things taste better from memory I think and that chocolate coin tasted like shit. It was just cheap chocolate. Back then, I would have killed for one of them. And they didn't have chocolate ice cream, only vanilla and strawberry. Chocolate is like a mandatory flavor, isn't it? It didn't bother me much, but my little cousin was pissed.

gilmore location had chocolate, vanilla and strawberry icecream. Even saw some ppl order bubblegum flavour which i didn't know they had.

No, it was a "charity" promo. $2 from each meal was donated to Camp Zajack.
