Running trains through the city?

So I randomly came across this page, pretty weird and makes you wonder... "why?" lol

Anyways,
The city of Brno in the Czech Republic has trains running right through it. Literally.

If we are gonna perform Inception then we need imagination.

I think the Train running in the city isn't a bad idea.

I'd probably freak out the first couple times driving beside a train that close though LOL.

bcrdukes 08-16-2010 12:49 PM

The train was more likely to have on that original path way longer than the city it eventually became.

penner2k 08-16-2010 12:58 PM

There is most likely a couple trains being run through this city everyday..

Let me guess... you've never been further east than Burnaby.

Try living in cities like Langley where literally both sides of the downtown core are separated from one another every time a train rolls through every, oh... 45 minutes or so.

Well... its just that in my opinion its a little weird having a train running through a major street. Its like having a freight train run through granville...

Alatar 08-16-2010 09:32 PM

I'd shit myself if I was stopped at a stoplight and a freight train blew past me on my left.

Gt-R R34 08-16-2010 11:14 PM

it's a little weird to have steam engines, light rail, you could say it's the same thing.

Death2Theft 08-17-2010 09:23 AM

But what if someone were to crash a train into the white house?

hal0g0dv2 08-17-2010 09:33 AM

inception hahaha
