I WANT THAT S2K SPOON HARDTOP! |
NSX is money hot hot hot |
Yellow Porsche and NSX hands down for me. Were there any more pics of the NSX or DC2 in the cage? Kinda curious about the DC2... |
Man wish i could see some of those cars rollin in r area. Roads aint cut for hellaflush fitment here. :drool |
^ you will soon, my car will be finished sometime next month and I'll be rollin exactly this low, also with the exact same front bumper and CF splitter. I'm out to prove a bunch of people wrong with just how low and aggressive we can go here in Van city http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...5/DSC_0144.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15.../DSC_01402.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...5/DSC_0142.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...5/DSC_0143.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15.../DSC_01412.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...5/DSC_0147.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...5/DSC_0145.jpg |
that's so fuckin sick ^ jesus christ. |
^^ oh my lord :drool |
yea and the guy daily drives that thing in San Francisco, that city is so uneven and got so many hills just boggles the mind, maybe he's secretly air bagged or something I had the same exact body kit as him I was gonna put on, but ended up selling the sides and rear only keeping the front, but lookin at his pics I'm startin to think it was a mistake on my part it looks damn good |
Passenger side cheater. :p It's parked slightly on the ramped curb. hah. It's always good to see some support/posts from guys who actually know what a good stance is. We're few and far in between on RS. Which kinda sucks. We're worse off than the Domestic guys! :( I was thinking of setting something up where we can just mount a bunch of cameras on all 4 corners of Adon's G, then have him drive up and down the common streets in Van just to show that it's Not THAT bad. Everybody seems to think that we're magazine racing and building track cars sometimes. What happened to the whole Enjoyment part of modifying cars? |

Adon, that looks great, but from what I have seen, the SerialNine/KeepLabs group as well as some of the Vancouver240 & Vancouver Suby group have been running that aggressive for some time now, so it's not necessarily something new here. There are already some really really low cars out there with really aggressive stretch. They may not show up to an RS meet, but they still exist. Kev |
^ oh yea I know all about the drifter guys doing it locally, my paint work was done at OZ Designs, and they run a pretty gangster drift crew in their own right. I don't mean to say I'm gonna be breaking any new ground or nothing, because yea it's been done here before, but I'm just trying to show that some of the newer model cars can pull it off too not just the drifters. Here's a one particular car OZ Designs recently worked on http://www.ozdesigns.ca/sites/ozdesi...37-585x390.jpg but all the guys I seen locally running these types of stances are exactly these types of guys in older 1990's RWD import cars set up mainly for drift. And most if not all of them have beat up body kits, paint chipped and flaked, but hey that's all part of the drifter look I'm not knockin on it. I've never seen anyone locally ride that low with something like a $400 CF splitter like the black G35 has. That's what I'm trying to pull off, go as low as the drifters WITHOUT fckin up my exterior. It really shows hey I'm doing it right on the edge..... killin it as they say SpuGen knows all about that  I have been noticing a few local S2000's are starting to roll this way as well, which is awesome to see they look really good. Also down in Washington and Oregon there is a handful of Subaru's going at it as well. But so far locally here it's just mostly the drifters, I'm hoping that will change soon because honestly our streets aren't that bad. I took my G to Toronto and Montreal, and the streets there are so much worse. SpuGen yea we can do the camera thing as soon as I get my AST StanceWorks coilovers bro, those things are nuts have an eerie ability to have your car 2 inches off the ground and not bottom out |
^ UBER jealous that they dont make Stancework AST coils for my car, those things are made PERFECTLY for slammed cars, the name says it all "zero clearance"!!:drool:thumbsup: |
^ they look beautiful, bummer is they're only making 20 sets each for only 2 chassis, the E36 and 350z (which also fits G35) shorter struts, proper valving, bunch of other technical mumbo jumbo that escapes my understanding, but yea So I'm on the list for one set of 350z, I can't wait to slap them on ! http://www.stanceworks.com/Pictures/...ceWorksZC1.jpg http://www.stanceworks.com/Pictures/...ceWorksZC2.jpg http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4030/...bf81a9ba_o.jpg check out the video of one of the guys from Stance Works riding on the prototypes, fck they ride nice, and the car is beastmode |
holy fuck! that black G35 is sweeet! :drool |

jesus the Cali car scene is wiiicked |
that BMW in that video is sick! |
|
i cant wait 2 see this in van! OMFG STANCE HAS 2 MAKE MORE SETS!!! |
Really couldn't care less if you were shooting sparks and pulling out 2x6's to get past speedbumps. What good is "looking" so slammed if you've got to drive slower than a 83 year old grandma driving to church? I look forward to seeing your head denting your roof over your first real pothole, maybe it will knock some sense into you as posing ain't worth it. Truth is you will find out how hard it is to get money from the city with a car that low and even then the time factor is too great. Of course you could lie about it so who knows. Quote:

hoooooly shit! so many sick ass cars! :D i want that NSX so bad... |

Honestly. People dodge that shit in a stock car. If you paid any attention to the road surface, you would be able to avoid these so called potholes. |
