pigeon is actually not that bad tasting.

if you've tried the pigeons at sun sui wah, it wont be just "not that bad tasting". you'd be running out and getting one of these nets asap lol.

just had sum baby pigeon at "dragon king abalone shark fin" its alot better than sun sui wah :D

so i'm guessing they kill the pigeons after they are caught?

What an awesome name for a restaurant! Two ethically questionable foods in the name! :D While abalone isn't ethically questionable per se, it is illegal to harvest them in BC waters.

Pigeon isn't squab (the stuff we eat at sun sui wah).
but it's probably delicious never the less.
