Koodo & Bold 9000 help Hey guys, so I've been trying with no success so I'm hoping somebody out there can help me I bought a used Bold 9000 for my cousin, he is with Koodo the phone is unlocked, and we have already added data to his plan so it is compatible with the Blackberry phone calls, texting works perfectly fine but his data will not work whatsoever what do I need to adjust in the settings to get it to work? thanks |
did you check if his data services is set to on? |

Makes me think the previous owner did not release his email/pin/imei with his previous service provider and that the phone is still locked to that Posted via RS Mobile |

Yea the best would be to ask the previous owner if he released the phone. If he did, all you can do is go to koodo and go wtf is going on Posted via RS Mobile |
koodo doesn't guarantee data service for non-koodo hspa phones. You should take the data add on off for now. |
