Berz's story is the best story i've heard on RS in a month. that's awesome. i was thinking the same thing actually, if I can beat someone for touching my stuff. My car got broken into in metrotown underground parkade, and if i ever see someone breaking into a car down there, i will beat him down. |
Berz, you are my hero of the week. |
running outside in boxers to beat the shit out of a guy...reminds me more of american history x. |
I'm sure officially the police don't want you beating up criminals, but yeah, my buds that are RCMP secretly like you guys. Just remember, anyone anywhere can press charges on you. Just make sure you have odds in your favor in any situation so you have a leg to stand on in court. |

Sadly enough, this is true He might go to jail for the evening or the week, but after he will be able to sue you under tort law although he broke the law under the criminal code. |
Actually that's why the police usually don't take your info if you perform Vigilante Justice. No way for it to come back to you. I never even got asked my name. Berz out. |
He'd still have to prove you did it, too... rather than just tripping and landing on his face... on a cactus. |

real story happened to my friend (I was on scene), one night after dinner we go pick up his car at a outdoor parking lot in downtown, a bum came up and kick my friend's bumper for no reason, my friend chase him down and kick his ass, a cop car drove by, stopped and ask us what’s going on. my friend told them the story and was asked to turn around then got handcuffed. He was given a lecture from the cops saying he can get arrested about improper conduct in public but was release on scene, my friend then ask whats gonna happen to the bum and cop just ask my friend to call ICBC if there are damage. I guess “legally” and that’s what would happen to you if the cop follow the book, but of course it all depend s on how each cop respond to the incident |

I can't say I would "beat the shit out of him" but he would be getting pulled out of the car pretty quickly. If he happened to stumble over as I marched him away from the car then so be it. Now if I was in the car at the time as if it were a carjacking scenario, I would defend myself to the best of my abilities. If that means running over his foot, then so be it. |

lol, from experience... I punched out the rear side window (the small one) of my 98 prelude and I cut up my hand pretty nicely. Got many small cuts and one huge one right on my knuckle. But I guess depends how you hit it and on the glass. One thing is for sure... if you gunna do it... punch through it, if you dont break the glass you gonna break your wrist. |
Yep, broken glass is sharp :p |
berz is crazy, the dude is brock lesnar's relative :thumbsup: |
I always dreamed of a "in progress theft"...where the theif has his legs dangling outside the door sill...and i came along to do a spin kick to the door...then slam it repeatedly until his legs become powder.... |
