The Zealot would never catch the Zergling. And the Corrupter could follow the Zealot giving the Zerg player full knowledge of where the zealot is.
And the Drone could just hide somewhere and move if the Zealot got anywhere close.
I'm surprised the Protoss wanted to protect his core though. I would have just protected a Pylon. Smaller structure, easier to protect it should the Zergling try to micro around it, once it becomes the last standing structure.
One thing that baffled me early in the game was the placement of that Pylon to wall in his entrance. How did he squeeze his Probe through it, but Zerglings not being able to fit through afterwards???
Aren't Zerglings the smallest in pixel size? |
