I had problems trying to create my account too. It was set to pending state and said I had to call CSR. After an hour wait, it turned out they needed more info to ID me with the credit company. So the lady told me to email or fax a scan of my driver license and a copy of a ulitity bill. I emailed that yesterday so we'll see what happens after.

I was going to actually suggest taking $350-$400 out and free-roll the rest. It is what it is, man. You should know well enough that you almost never cash out at your peak unless you win a HUGE one.
